The Company is organized by areas of expertise, directly linked to the Board of Directors, whose members answer personally before its clients for the services rendered.

The technical areas are managed by João Prego – Executive Director – and by Paulo Gomes – Technical Director.

The majority of the jobs require multi-disciplinary teams, which are formed by engineers and technicians from the various technical sectors of the Company, and when necessary, include outside consultants.

For each job a Chief Engineer is appointed to run the project on a daily basis, including the co-ordination of the respective team, being directly responsible before the Board of Directors for its due completion. The company has also an experienced body of technicians, CAD operators, quantity-surveyors and technical secretaries.

The total staff number is 60, of which 50 are technical people, and 41 possess university degrees.
